Access to Business Studies
Access to Business Studies is a qualification designed for students who want to progress to a higher education course in a related field, such as business management, marketing, finance, or accounting. Access to HE courses are specifically designed for people who do not have the traditional qualifications required for university entry, such as A-levels or BTECs.
The Access to Business Studies course covers a range of topics, including business management, marketing, economics, accounting, and finance. The course is usually one year in length and is equivalent to studying three A-levels.
The course is designed to give students the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in higher education in a business-related subject. Upon completion of the Access to HE in Business Studies course, students will be able to apply for a range of degree courses in business, including business management, marketing, finance, and accounting. The course is designed to prepare students for the demands of university-level study and to develop their analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as their ability to work independently and as part of a team.
